Ian Harvey Operations Director Beginning his career in the finance industry, Ian spent a period working for a national charity where his responsibilities included implementation of an accounting and IT system. He was recruited by Meridian in 1998 and in 2002 became head of the telecommunications and data processing division. |

Ian Welch Senior Systems Accountant A qualified accountant (ACMA) with considerable post qualification expertise in accounting systems and processes. Ian has worked in many industry sectors during his career, including Oil & Gas, manufacturing, IT and Biotech. While with a software applications market leader and IT outsourcing specialist, Ian had principal responsibility for support and development of the financial accounting systems. Ian joined Meridian in 2006. |

Mike Smith Head of Audit Mike was recruited by Meridian in 1999 following a career in the finance industry, including senior responsibilities within the internal audit function of Lloyds Bank plc. |

Laurence Haig Larry began his senior sales career with Lotus Development (UK) [acquired by IBM]. Following roles with a number of US-based IT corporates, Larry took an MBA in 1999. He has combined spells as strategic consultant to a number of UK high-growth organisations with periods of ongoing professional development. Academic courses have included study of Strategic Marketing Management at Harvard Business School. Larry is a member of the Chartered Management Institute. He is currently working with Meridian supporting the management team. |
