Remote access - an alternative to on site work
IDS is a leading distributor of electronic hardware and consumable products to the UK business market.
Having previously used Meridian for Recovery Audit Projects, IDS wished to undertake a further review.
Due to limited office space even access to a single workstation would have delayed the project.
IDS therefore arranged "remote access" (read only basis) to their purchase ledgers and associated records.
In addition to being able to accommodate our clients timing requirements, this had other benefits. These included more flexible working, less travel and therefore reduced the carbon footprint!
